Mumbai, October 31 - Bollywood superstar Salman Khan seems to be increasingly looking toward South Indian filmmakers to shape his next big project. After collaborating with director AR Murugadoss for the actioner Sikandar, the actor is now reportedly joining hands with Vamshi Paidipally for a family action drama. According to a report by Telugu360, Paidipally — known for helming blockbusters like Maharshi and Varisu — is set to direct Salman Khan in this upcoming film, which will be produced by Dil Raju. The superstar has reportedly given his formal nod to the project, with filming expected to begin sometime next year. It is said that Dil Raju paid some amount to Salman in the past for a possible collaboration. The actor will share the profits instead of taking a big remuneration, to which the producer has agreed. Mumbai, October 31 - Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan reunited with his director father David Dhawan for a romantic comedy Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai, co-starring Mrunal Thakur and Pooja Hegde. The film marks the fourth collaboration between father-son, who have worked earlier in Main Tera Hero (2014), Judwaa 2 (2017) and Coolie No. 1 (2020). On Friday (October 31), the makers announced the release date. Produced by Tips Films Pvt. Ltd, the much-awaited romantic comedy will be hitting worldwide cinemas on June 5, 2026. Earlier, the film was supposed to hit the big screens on April 10, 2026. Hyderabad, October 31 - Director SS Rajamouli's epic one-cut re-release of his path-breaking blockbuster Baahubali duology - Baahubali: The Epic has started with a bang at the worldwide box office after record-breaking premiere gross. Starring Prabhas in the title role, the 3-hour and 45-minute-long blockbuster had a limited premiere in India on October 30 and a full-fledged premiere in North America. The film grossed approximately 1.25-1.50 crores in its domestic premiere. In North America, the film is looking to gross around 3.75 crores, making it 5-5.25+ crores gross worldwide premiere. The Indian re-release titles historically don't have a premiere, so it is a new record for Baahubali: The Epic, and is likely to remain so. Bengaluru, October 30 - The makers of Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups, starring Kannada superstar Yash, have reacted to the widespread rumours surrounding the film's delay. There have been rumours that the film was postponed due to production delays and other issues. The producers have officially denied all reports suggesting a postponement, confirming that the much-awaited action thriller will release worldwide on March 19, 2026, as originally scheduled, according to renowned critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh. The producers clarified that post-production work has already begun, even as Yash continues to shoot for Ramayana in Mumbai. The KGF star, who has been balancing both projects, will soon wrap up the final portions of Toxic.
