Tom Holland's Next Spider-Man Movie Release Date Reportedly Revealed

Los Angeles, October 12 - Marvel Studios/Sony Pictures' Spider-Man: No Way Home was a huge blockbuster and the anticipation for the next Spider-Man movie is already sky-high. ## Even before "No Way Home" was released in December last year, Sony executive Amy Pascal had confirmed the development of the next installment of this blockbuster and one of the most loved franchises globally. But with not much immediate development on Spider-Man 4 from the studios, it was unlikely to release anytime soon. However, the latest rumor is telling a different story and this is exciting to the audience.## According to Alex Perez of The Cosmic Circus, Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures have reportedly set the release date of "Spider-Man 4" on July 12, 2024. This is rather quick than anyone would have thought and if proven true, it will join Marvel's packed Phase 5 slate in 2024 alongside Captain America: New World Order, Thunderbolts, Fantastic Four, and the recently announced Deadpool 3. ## Now, what is interesting about the "Spider-Man 4" rumour is the timeline it will be set in in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). As per the same report, Spider-Man 4 story will more likely be a street-level story, which may actually handle the aftermath of Marvel's Disney+ series "Daredevil: Born Again". How the Disney+ show will play a role in the upcoming film, remains to be seen. ## The fact that MCU's Phase 5 slate will have to make major changes in release dates if the rumor about "Spider-Man 4" meets reality. The already announced "Thunderbolts" is slated for July 26, 2024, only 12 days after the rumored Spider-Man release. But the good thing is, Marvel is used to such developments as the same thing happened last year when major Marvel movies were shifted to make way for one another, and interestingly, "No Way Home" was the center point of that change. So, it is possible that Spider-Man again forces Marvel to change its plans. ## Stay tuned...

'Spider-Man: No Way Home' To Be Allowed To Release In China On One Condition

Mumbai, May 2 - Marvel/Sony's "Spider-Man: No Way Home" was released in December 2021 and went on to become one of the biggest grosser of all time with a worldwide collection of $1.89 billion. The Tom Holland-fronted movie has been released in most parts of the world except in the biggest movie market in the world, China. ## During the covid-19 pandemic, it has been difficult for Hollywood to release its movies in China, especially Marvel movies. "Spider-Man: No Way Home" was supposed to release in China in January this year and things didn't work at that time. And now, the Chinese authorities have put one condition in front of makers in order to release "No Way Home" in China. ## According to reports, the Chinese authorities have asked Sony Pictures to remove The Statue of Liberty from "Spider-Man: No Way Home" if they wanted to release the film in China. This demand is something that will be very hard for Sony to accept as the entire climax action sequence in the movie takes place with a trio of Spider-Men swinging over and around Lady Liberty as they battle the supervillains. ## It needs to be noted that China has been a huge market for Spider-Man movies in the past. The previous two Spider-Man movies featuring Tom Holland had grossed $116 million and $200 million in China, respectively. Meanwhile, the CEO of Sony Pictures, Tom Rothman's top priority has been to release "No Way Home" in China, so it will be interesting to see how things proceed from hereon. ## Directed by Jon Watts, In "No Way Home", Parker asks Dr. Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) to use magic to make his identity as Spider-Man a secret again following its public revelation at the end of Far From Home. When the spell goes wrong, the multiverse is broken open which allows visitors from alternate realities to enter Parker's universe.## t stars Tom Holland as Peter Parker/Spider-Man alongside Zendaya, Benedict Cumberbatch, Jacob Batalon, Jon Favreau, Jamie Foxx, Willem Dafoe, Alfred Molina, Benedict Wong, Tony Revolori, Marisa Tomei, Andrew Garfield, and Tobey Maguire.## Stay tuned...
