Hyderabad, July 12 - Telugu superstar Pawan Kalyan is set to dominate the latter half of 2025 with two major releases - Hari Hara Veera Mallu and OG. While HHVM, after multiple delays, is finally slated to hit the big screens on July 24, it is director Sujeeth's action thriller, OG, that is generating unprecedented buzz among fans and trade circles alike. ## Even before the release of HHVM and in the absence of an official teaser or trailer for OG, the film's theatrical business is already a hot topic in the industry. According to a report by Track Tollywood, multiple distributors are in discussions with DVV Entertainment to finalise the theatrical rights for the Telugu states. Overseas Rights of Upcoming Telugu Biggies, 'Devara', 'Game Changer', 'Vishwambhara' and 'OG' Locked

Hyderabad, January 30 - Telugu cinema will be on a roll in the next couple of years with back-to-back Pan India biggies lined up for the release. In 2023, some of the biggest Tollywood stars will be in action with films that are some of the most anticipated ones among the nationwide audiences. ## The trade is quite optimistic about the upcoming Pan-Indian films regarding their box-office prospects, however, projections are split as far as their overseas business is concerned. According to the latest reports in Tollywood media, the overseas rights of Devara, Game Changer, Vishwambhara, and OG are locked. ## Jr. NTR-led "Devara" is easily one of the biggest Telugu films that reunited him with director Koratala Siva. The film was scheduled to release on April 5 this year but has now reportedly been postponed to a new date. It is said that Hamsini Entertainment has acquired the overseas theatrical rights of the film for 27 crores. The movie is expected to be released in August this year. ## Jr. NTR's "RRR" co-star Ram Charan teamed up with director Shankar for a political action drama film titled "Game Changer". Chiranjeevi Collaborates With Director Mohan Raja For Lucifer Telugu Remake; Nayanthara To Play Female Lead

Hyderabad, June 28, 2021: Megastar Chiranjeevi is all set to be directed by Mohan Raja for the first time in the Telugu remake of the 2019 Malayalam film, Lucifer, starring superstar Mohanlal. While the original Lucifer was a political drama film, the Telugu remake is said to be gone through a lot of changes to appeal to the mass audience. ## Mohan Raja has said to be re-worked on the script and now the Telugu version will have new flashback episodes where Chiranjeevi will have a romantic story. The Telugu remake will reportadly have Nayanthara romancing the superstar in the film, for which, Nayan's role has been given a significant space unlike Manju Warrior;s in original film. ## It will be Chiranjeevi's 153th film of his career which will be jointly produced by Konidela Production Company and Super Good Films. Saaho Box Office Collection: Apart From Hindi, Prabhas And Shraddha Kapoor Starrer Was A Collective Disappointment

Pan India star, Prabhas and Bollywood diva, Shraddha Kapoor starrer action thriller movie Saaho has completed one year from its release. This Sujeeth directorial multilingual movie hit the theaters on August 30 with a lot of expectations in terms of entertainment. However, despite having a multi-star cast, the movie couldn't live up to its expectations. ## Saaho was an overall disappointment even though the Hindi audience loved the film. It disappointed in the other languages as the audience felt that the story of the film was confusing and somewhere the Prabhas magic despite some glimpses, was also missing in this UV Creations' production. And resulted in, the audience was left despondent by the collectively average performance from the rest of the cast which included Jackie Shroff, Chunky Pandey, Vennela Kishore, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Murali Sharma, and others. ## Talking about its box office collection, Saaho opened up with a massive number as the audience was curious to watch their favorite stars. On Day 1, it collected INR 89 crores with the large contribution from the Telugu language of INR 60.40 crore. However, after day 1, with reviews started to come, the collection dropped heavily on weekends as it earned INR 55.10 crore and 56.78 crores on Saturday and Sunday respectively. ## With bad reviews all around, the movie could never able to get the momentum back and kept slipping as the days progressed. However, the collection dropped in the Hindi as well, but it was able to keep the momentum after the first weekend. ## Unlike the overall collection, the first three days of the Hindi collection was better than day 1 with INR 25.20 crore and 29.48 crores on Saturday and Sunday. Overall, Saaho was hit in Hindi and did a net business of INR 145.60 crores in India.
