Marvel Studios' 'Guardians of the Galaxy 3' Digital Streaming Date Revealed

Los Angeles, July 17 - Marvel Studios' recent blockbuster "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3" is getting ready to release on Disney Plus soon. Directed by James Gunn, the movie was originally released on May 5 this year and grossed close to $850 million at the worldwide box office.## It has been more than two months since the movie is in cinemas though its run at the box office is almost over. Now, Disney has provided an update regarding the film's digital premiere and the MCU fans will not have to wait much longer for the same. ## The streamer has confirmed that GoTG3 will start streaming on Disney+ on August 2, 2023, almost three months after its theatrical release. In India, the movie is expected to be available on the same date on Disney+Hotstar in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages.## Earlier, Disney used to stream Marvel movies on Disney+ less than 8 weeks after the theatrical release. However, Disney's CEO recently admitted that the frequent Marvel content on Disney+ is diluting the audiences' focus and attention from theatrical tentpoles. 'Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3' Tracking To Earn $250+ Million Worldwide In The Opening Weekend

Los Angeles, May 3 - The finale of Marvel Studios' Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy by director James Gunn is hitting the big screen this Friday (May 5) and the movie is expected to start the summer box office with a bang. ## According to Hollywood trade experts, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is projected to open around $110 million - $120 million in its 3-day domestic (North America) opening weekend. This can be termed as an underwhelming start as "GoTG2" opened at $146 million in 2017. ## While the critics' reviews are decent for the third installment, the poor performance of the recent Marvel movies can be seen affecting the opening of "GoTG3" which is being hailed as the best Marvel movie since "Avengers: Endgame" (2019). ## Internationally, the superhero movie is expected to score around $140 million - $150 million over a 5-day opening weekend. The worldwide opening of the film is projected to be around $250 million - $270 million. The second film in the franchise was released in 2017 and now, he has returned to direct the 3rd installment based on Marvel Comics. Warner Bros. & DC's 'The Suicide Squad' Underperformed Amid Delta Variant Concerns And Hybrid Release On HBO Max

Los Angeles, August 9, 2021: Warner Bros. R-rated comic book adaptation, The Suicide Squad, has had a disappointing debut at the domestic box office. The James Gunn directorial collects only $26.5 million from 4,002 North American theatres, $3.5 million short from Warner Bros. prediction of $30 million domestic debut. ## There are many factors that went against the film's strong opening, including the growing concerns of the delta variant of the covid-19, the Warner Bros. film's hybrid release on HBO Max at no extra cost to subscribers, and its R-rating. The makers cost $185 million on film's making, and its low performance will surely make Warner Bros. rethink its simultaneous release strategy. ## At the international box office, 'The Suicide Squad ' added another $45.7 million from 70 overseas territories, bringing its global tally to $72.2 million. The standalone sequel to Suicide Squad (2016), opened with largely positive reviews from critics and audiences but it fell way short to reprise the success of the original movie. ## The original Suicide Squad had a massive $133.7 million opening weekend at the North American box office. Despite those eye-popping numbers, critics and audiences were left unimpressed by the film, though it ended up grossing $746 million worldwide. Of course, that film didn`t open during a deadly pandemic and wasn`t offered simultaneously on HBO Max. ## While it's still unclear how many HBO Max customers watched the film at home—and how many more were enticed to sign up for the streaming service - it is clear that the film's $185 million production budget is going to be tough to turn into the sort of huge moneymaker that comic-book movies were guaranteed to be prior to the pandemic. ## The Suicide Squad stars an ensemble cast including Margot Robbie, Idris Elba, John Cena, Joel Kinnaman, Sylvester Stallone, Viola Davis, Jai Courtney, and Peter Capaldi. Tiger Shroff Set To Take Action To The Next Level With Four Back To Back Movies

Tiger Shroff's rise as an actor has been phenomenal. After making his debut in 2014 with the romantic-action film "Heropanti", the young actor has been unstoppable and has consistently given superhit films except for "A Flying Jatt" in 2016. ## Only eight movies of experience, the 30-year old's last release, Baaghi 3 was a potential 100 crore club success ((which just stopped at Rs. 96.5 crore due to theaters shutting down in March). Before that, Tiger was involved in the biggest blockbuster of the year 2019 with Hrithik Roshan in "War" which hit the 300 crore club mark. ## Now, with riding on success in the past, the actor is set to take the action to the next level with his upcoming movies which are gonna release in 2021 and 2022. There is no doubt that the producers are banking on him and putting their money considering his popularity among the youth. ## Talking about Baaghi 4 and Heropanti 2, director Ahmed Khan is on board to direct both the films which are planned to be shot across 25 countries. While the suspense over the leading lady in Baaghi 4 remains, Tara Sutaria has been roped in as the female lead to romance Tiger in Heropanti 2.
