Brahmastra Makers Slashed Ticket Prices After Mega National Cinema Day Success
Mumbai, September 25 - Director Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra Part One: Shiva got great benefit at the box office of India's first ever National Cinema Day on September 23. The ticket prices were kept as low as Rs. 75 on NCD, and as a result, the movie recorded occupancy of over 85% throughout the day in cinemas. ## Thanks to the Housefull boards all across the country, Brahmastra witnessed a jump of approx. 250% to score the biggest third Friday of all time in the Hindi language at the box office. Now, the makers are looking to attract more audiences in the coming days as they have slashed prices. ## The makers announced through social media that tickets will be available at Rs. 100+GST from Monday to Thursday during Navaratri. This is a very important move by the makers to attract more footfall in cinemas and this has come after the immense success of National Cinema Day. ## Important to note that after NCD, the film hold strongly the next day when tickets returned to normal prices.
