Box Office: 'Sankranthiki Vasthunam' Hits 200 Crore Gross Worldwide

Mumbai, January 25 - Telugu veteran Venkatesh Daggubati's action comedy Sankranthiki Vasthunam has entered the 200 crores gross club at the worldwide box office, becoming the first film for the actor to achieve the feat. ## Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the Sankranthi blockbuster hit the double century on its 12th day which is one of the fastest non-Pan India Telugu titles to do so. The movie is having a super strong second weekend domestically and through Saturday, it has stormed past the box office milestone. ## In India, Sankranthiki Vasthunam has grossed approximately 172+ crores while overseas business is around 31 crores for the worldwide cume total of 203+ crores in 12 days. Box Office: 'Sankranthiki Vasthunam' Emerges A Big Blockbuster; Tops 100 Crore Gross Worldwide

Hyderabad, January 18 - Staying true to its title, Venkatesh Daggubati's action comedy Sankranthiki Vasthunam has emerged as a Sankranthi winner, heading towards becoming a big blockbuster at the worldwide box office. Anil Ravipudi directs the movie which marks his reunion with Venky after F2 and F3.## Released on the day of Sankranthi (January 14), the movie faced competition from Ram Charan's Game Changer and Balakrishna's Daaku Maharaaj. However, both the other movies stood no chance in the front of box office carnage of Sankranthiki Vasthunam which emerged as the number 1 choice of the moviegoers from day 1. ## The movie scored approximately 27 crore gross in India and around 35 crores worldwide upon its Tuesday opening day, making it the biggest opener of Venkatesh. Box Office: 'Saindhav' and 'Naa Saami Ranga' Worldwide Theatrical Business Details

Hyderabad, January 10 - Venkatesh Daggubati's action thriller film Saindhav with director Sailesh Kolanu will be in the action this Sankranthi festival from January 13. The movie's promotional content has been on point so far and there is excitement among the fans regarding the same. ## Produced by Niharika Entertainment, Saindhav has managed to score good pre-release theatrical business at the worldwide box office. Among the Sankranthi 2024 Telugu releases, it has the third-highest worldwide theatrical business with 25 crores. ## In two Telugu states (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana), the film scored 19 crores in business, including 7 crores in Nizam. Outside AP/TG, the business is locked at 2 crores while overseas rights are sold at 4 crores, according to T2BLive. The movie will need to score 26 crores share collection or around 40 crores gross worldwide to break even and emerge as a clean hit. ## One more Telugu film which will be competing during the crowded festive season is Nagarjuna Akkineni's Naa Saami Ranga. Mumbai, April 15 - Superstar Salman Khan is busy with the promotion of his much-awaited family action drama film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan which is scheduled to release on April 21.
