Dhanush's Vaathi/Sir Garners Super Positive Reception From Premiere Shows
Chennai, February 17 - Tamil star Dhanush's period coming-of-age action drama film, "Vaathi" (Tamil) has been released today in theaters worldwide. The bilingual movie, titled "Sir" (Telugu), is directed by Venky Atluri whose previous directorial, "Tholi Prema" (2018), "Mr. Majnu" (2019), and "Rang De" (2021) gained appreciation. ##
"Vaathi/Sir", meanwhile, had its paid premieres on the evening of its official release in Tamil and Telugu languages. The makers were confident of the output, hence they went for the premieres to incite buzz at the right time, and to their fortune, the movie garnered a super positive reception from premiere shows. ##
