Mumbai, December 23 - Director James Cameron's Avatar: Fire and Ash had a good hold on Monday at the Indian box office. The sci-fi epic grossed nearly 11 crores, pushing its 4-day total to 92.50 crores gross (76 crores net) in India. The third instalment had a good opening weekend given the circumstances, but as compared to Avatar: The Way of Water, the opening was a bit underwhelming with 82 crores gross. As said, the film's collection was affected by Dhurandhar, which is clearly dominating the box office at the moment.
