The actor has become one of the most popular stars of the country in no time and now the producers across all the languages are eyeing to make their prestigious projects with Yash. ## Yash's upcoming projects reportedly include a film collaboration with Telugu producer, Dil Raju, who has apparently signed a film with Yash, paying him a whopping remuneration for the same. Bengaluru, July 3 - Superstar Yash-fronted KGF has been one of the most successful franchises in India. The two films in the franchise have grossed approx. 1500 crores at the worldwide box office, this includes a massive 1210 crores of recently released "KGF Chapter 2". ## "KGF Chapter 1", which was released in 2018, was the highest-grossing Kannada film with approx. 238 crores worldwide gross before KGF 2 shattered all the records. Now, it has been revealed that KGF Chapter 1 is the most-watched film worldwide on YouTube. ## The Bhojpuri version of KGF was uploaded on Goldmines' YouTube channel a year ago. The movie has now a whopping 615 million views on the video-sharing platform, which is reportedly the highest ever for any film in the world (since its release on YouTube). It also has nearly 6 million likes which is again, the highest ever. ## Directed by Prashanth Neel, and produced by Hombale Films, KGF film focuses on Rocky, a high-ranking assassin in Mumbai, who was born in poverty. After being offered total control of Mumbai by his employer's boss, he disguises himself as a slave laborer in the Narachi limestone mine (Kolar Gold Fields), aiming to assassinate Garuda, the future heir of KGF.## Yash stars as Rocky in the film alongside Ramachandra Raju as Garuda, Srinidhi Shetty, Vasishta N. Bengaluru, June 23 - Director Prashanth Neel's KGF is arguably the biggest film franchise in India at the moment. There has been a genuine curiosity among the audiences about the KGF films and it keeps growing with each-passing day. ## KGF Chapter 2, which was released in April this year, is the 3rd highest-grossing Indian film of all time at the worldwide box office, and there is genuine excitement about its next chapter which has officially been announced. ## When KGF 3 was announced, many people thought the makers are forcibly pushing the franchise to make money as the story of the film ends with Rocky's death. Mumbai, May 22 - The trailer of the upcoming comedy-drama film, "Jug Jugg Jeeyo" was launched on May 22 amid much fanfare in Mumbai. Directed by Raj Mehta ("Good Newwz"), the movie stars Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, and Kiara Advani in the leading roles. ## During the trailer launch event, producer Karan Johar was asked to comment on the ongoing Bollywood vs South Indian film industry debate. Karan Johar, who has produced some South Indian films, admitted that the South filmmakers have indeed raised the standard of Indian cinema and that he is very proud of it. ## "When we talk about films like Pushpa (The Rise), RRR, and KGF (Chapter 2) doing good business, we can truly say that this is Indian Cinema. I can say I am proud of Indian cinema as a whole. They have raised the status of Indian cinema.
