Los Angeles, August 29 - Marvel Studios' next theatrical tentpole The Marvels is set to be the shorted Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movie ever, according to the latest rumours. The highly-awaited sequel is scheduled to release on November 10, 2023, globally.## Directed by Nia DaCosta, "The Marvels" runtime has been listed at 1 hour 45 minutes in AMC Theaters. According to an earlier report by Comicbook, the film's runtime to be around 1 hour and 47 minutes long while another rumour says the runtime is around 1 hour and 38 minutes.## The current shortest Marvel Studios movies are "The Incredible Hulk" and "Thor: The Dark World", which both run for 1 hour and 52 minutes, so, if any of the aforementioned runtime is accurate, it would mark "The Marvels" as the shortest film in the MCU history by some margin.## "The Marvels" is said to be mostly a standalone movie with not much connection to the wider MCU. It is one of the few Marvel movies to run less than two hours. Warner Bros. Officially Delays 'Dune: Part 2' and 'Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire'

Los Angeles, August 25 - As SAG-AFTRA strikes continue to hit Hollywood, Warner Bros. Pictures is left with no choice but to postpone the release of its highly-anticipated sci-fi epic "Dune: Part 2" to next year from its original November 3, 2023, date.## Directed by Denis Villeneuve, the sequel, which will continue the story of Paul Atreides, played by Timothée Chalamet, will now be hitting big screens on March 15, 2024. The movie is nearing the 100 crores net mark while it has already crossed this milestone in gross collection. ## "Oppenheimer" has been shot entirely in IMAX cameras and not so surprisingly, it is proving to be an IMAX wonder around the globe. On its second Monday, it is running with over 60% occupancy in IMAX, and the same response is expected for the next couple of weeks. ## In IMAX, "Oppenheimer" has crossed a huge 20 crores gross mark in just 11 days in India, the fastest movie ever to reach this mark. In the first week, it grossed 13.10 crores in IMAX while in the second week, the movie scored 7.50 crores gross (4 days) for a total of 20.60 crores gross in 11 days. It means, over 1 million Letterboxd members have watched the movie in a record time.## Christopher Nolan's Oscar-winning sci-fi action film "Inception" was the first movie to be watched by 1 million Letterboxd members, and it took 3391 days since its theatrical release in July 2010. Marvel Studios 'The Marvels' Will Release Without The IMAX Format

Los Angeles, July 30 - Marvel Studios' next theatrical tentpole "The Marvels" is getting ready to release in November this year. Directed by Nia DaCosta, the movie is the sequel to "Captain Marvel" (2019), which grossed over $1.10 billion at the global box office. It is the first female-led superhero movie to top a billion dollars at the box office.## "The Marvels" is expected to be another money spinner for Marvel and Disney, however, it will have to perform exceptionally well to top come close to its predecessor. In a major setback to the film, it won't be playing in the IMAX format due to Warner Bros. Dune, specifically, I mean, there's another great movie coming out around [that] time, which is The Marvels from Marvel, and we can't play it because we are committed to Dune. Sony's 'Venom 3' Gets Official Release Date; Delays 'Beyond the Spider-Verse' Indefinitely And Shifts Other Films

Los Angeles, July 29 - Sony Pictures set to debut a Venom movie in the summer season for the first time as Tom Hardy's "Venom 3" has been confirmed to hit big screens on July 12, 2024. The first two movies, "Venom", and "Venom: Let There Be Carnage" opened in the month of October in 2018 and 2021, respectively. ## "Venom 3" release date puts in-between Disney's "Mufasa: The Lion King" (July 5, 2024) and Universal Pictures' "Twisters" (July 19, 2024). Tom Hardy has written the script for the third Venom installment with Kelly Marcel, who is also stepping into the director's chair to helm the Marvel superhero movie. ## The first Venom movie was highly successful, grossing $856 million at the worldwide box office. The sequel was released during the covid-19 pandemic and still grossed $502 million.
