Ajay Devgn's Maidaan will be released on 13 August 2021
Ajay Devgn starrer upcoming biographical sports film 'Maidaan' has been postponed and will now release on 13 August 2021. Directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma, the film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam languages. ## Ajay Devgn took to Twitter and announced the new release date of the movie. The film features Ajay Devgn and Priyamani in the lead roles. Mr. Devgn stars as football coach Syed Abdul Rahim. It also stars Gajraj Rao and Rudranil Ghosh in important roles.## The film is produced by Zee Studios, Boney Kapoor, Akash Chawla, and Arunava Joy Sengupta. Earlier, Instead of Priyamani, Keerthi Suresh was cast to play a lead female role, but due to her recent weight loss, she and the makers have decided that she doesn't fit in this role.## Earlier, the movie was scheduled for release on 11 December 2020 but due to the COVID-19 pandemic and nationwide lockdown, the makers were forced to announce the new release date as a lot of work yet to be done on the film.## Stay tuned...
