Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Gulabo Sitabo to premiere on Amazon Prime Video

In the uncertainty over theaters to be open, many films are approaching for the direct OTT platform. In this process, makers of the much-awaited Bollywood movie Gulabo Sitabo have announced on Thursday (May 14) that they have opted for the digital platform instead of the conventional theatrical release to release the film. ## Shoojit Sircar’s comedy-drama Gulabo Sitabo starring Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana will now premiere on Amazon Prime Video on June 12. “This is the dawn of a new era for Indian entertainment. And then it was finally scheduled to release on April 17 but the lockdown caused by a coronavirus pandemic has further postponed the film for an indefinite time.## It is the first time Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana coming together in the film. ## The film apart from the direction is produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar under the production banner Rising Sun Films and Kino Works. Andaz Apna Apna was directed by 3-time national award winner Rajkumar Santoshi. The film starred Aamir Khan and Salman Khan along with Raveena Tandon and Karisma Kapoor. Bheja Fry (2007) - Bheja Fry was a comedy film directed by Sagar Ballary and starred Rajat Kapoor, Vinay Pathak, Sarika, Milind Soman and Ranvir Shorey in lead roles.
