Ayushmann Khurrana Starrer 'Bala' Screened At Indo-German Film Week In Berlin
The Ayushmann Khurrana, Yami Gautam, and Bhumi Padnekar starrer social comedy film of 2019, Bala was screened at Indo-German Film Week in Berlin on September 27. Directed by Amar Kaushik and produced by Dinesh Vijan, Bala was released on 8 November last year.



Actor Ayushmann Khurrana to his Instagram handle and expressed his delight in the film being screened in the festival.



"Absolutely thrilled to announce that 'Bala' will be showcased today at the #IndoGermanFilmWeek", he wrote on his Instagram Story.



The film narrates the plight of a young man played by Ayushmann who suffers from premature balding. He hides this fact about himself from his girlfriend, played by Yami Gautam. They eventually marry but soon after their marriage, Yami gets to know that her husband is bald and immediately leaves him.



Bhumi Pednekar, who plays the role of Ayushmann's childhood friend, dismisses beauty standards set by society and helps Bala understand his value.



Bala was a major hit at the box office and grossed over 150 crores worldwide in a budget of 35 crores.
