Box Office: Dream Girl 2 Crossed 100 Crores Worldwide
Mumbai, September 3 - Director Raaj Shaandilyaa's social comedy drama film Dream Girl 2 has crossed the 100 crores gross mark at the worldwide box office, becoming the 11th Bollywood movie of the year to reach the milestone.



The movie, starring Ayushmann Khurrana in the title role, crossed the century box office mark on its second Saturday. In India, it has grossed 92 crores while overseas collection is approximately 12 crores for total 104 crores worldwide in 9 days.



"Dream Girl 2" is the fifth movie of Ayushmann Khurrana to enter 100 crores worldwide gross club, and first since "Bala" (2019). For Ananya Pandey, who plays the female lead role, "Dream Girl 2" is her second film after "Pati Patni Aur Woh" (2019) to hit this box office mark.



Produced by Balaji Motion Pictures, the movie is a spiritual sequel to the 2019 film "Dream Girl". It stars Ayushmann Khurrana, alongside an ensemble supporting cast, including Ananya Panday, Paresh Rawal, Annu Kapoor, Rajpal Yadav, Vijay Raaz, Asrani, Abhishek Banerjee, Manjot Singh and Seema Pahwa.
