Box Office: 'Garudan' Earns 36+ Crore Gross In India In 10 Days
Chennai, June 10 - Tamil action thriller Garudan has had an impressive second weekend at the domestic box office with approximately 9.25 crores gross collection, pushing the total collection to 36.25 crores gross in 10 days. It is the 4th highest-grossing Tamil movie of 2024 domestically.



Starring Soori in the leading role, Garudan has minted approximately 6.25 crores at the overseas box office, taking the global cume to 42.50 crores, making it 4th highest-grossing Tamil title of the year, behind Aranmanai 4, Ayalaan, and Captain Miller.



Directed by R. S. Durai Senthilkumar, Garudan is only the second original Tamil hit of 2024 after Aranmanai 4 which has grossed approximately 97.50 crores so far. Thalapathy Vijay's Ghilli was re-released recently and scored success with approximately 32 crores gross collection.



Garudan is produced by Grass Root Film Company and Lark Studios, and it stars stars Soori, M. Sasikumar and Unni Mukundan in the lead roles. Roshini Haripriyan, Sshivada, Revathi Sharma, Samuthirakani, Vadivukkarasi, R. V. Udayakumar and Mime Gopi appear in supporting roles.
