Box Office: Tillu Square Scores Huge First Weekend Worldwide

Directed by Mallik Ram, the sequel is wreaking havoc at the box office and is performing like a top-tier hero movie and the hype generated after the first movie took the sequel to the next level in terms of the box office potential.

Tillu Square, in its opening weekend, grossed a solid estimated 55 crores at the worldwide box office. India, the movie amassed around 37.50 crores gross while overseas business is an estimated 18 crores after the first 3-day weekend.

Produced by Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, the overseas biz of the film is driven by North America where the movie grossed a huge $1.8 million (15 crores) in the opening weekend which is truly remarkable.

The opening weekend collection of Tillu Square has made it the third highest-grossing Telugu movie of 2024, behind mega-blockbuster Hanuman (295 crores) and superstar Mahesh Babu's Guntur Kaaram (181 crores). As said, it already crossed the entire run of DJ Tillu (30.50 crores) on the second day itself and became Siddhu's highest-grosser.
