The veteran WWE executive recently underwent shoulder surgery in late 2023.



Though scheduled for post-operative rehabilitation right after Christmas, Prichard continued his work for the company and co-hosted his weekly podcast, "Something to Wrestle With," on Ad-Free Shows alongside Conrad Thompson.



Prichard became a focal point last week after Ronda Rousey tweeted about Vince McMahon's alleged ongoing influence in WWE's creative direction, despite the sex trafficking lawsuit against him and the company.



Rousey pointed to Prichard's continued presence as evidence of McMahon's control, calling him McMahon's "avatar." Thompson updated fans on Twitter, revealing that Prichard will be undergoing triceps surgery this morning, February 1st. Despite the procedure, they hope to record a new podcast episode this Saturday.
