Hrithik Roshan's 'Krrish 4' Is Not Happening Anytime Soon
Mumbai, January 29 - Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan's superhero Krrish has been one of the most loved film franchises in Indian cinema. Directed by Rakesh Roshan, the series has had 3 films, including Koi... Mil Gaya (2003), and the fans eagerly await the update on the next film of it.
Krrish 4 was announced many moons back before the COVID-19 pandemic but the stars never aligned to get the movie on floors. There have been many reports over the last couple of years regarding the film's production but nothing much happened yet and it seems the wait will get longer than expected.



In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Hrithik was asked to provide some updates on Krrish 4 and the Bang Bang didn't have much to excite the fans. The actor said that while he is happy with the way things are progressing, the fans will have to wait for a longer period for Krrish 4 as there are a lot of things which need to be taken care of before taking the movie on floors.



The makers understand the potential of the franchise and they are seemingly in no hurry to start the 4th instalment of Krrish anytime soon. If all goes well, the movie might officially go on floors by late 2025.



Hrithik will soon start shooting for Yash Raj Films' "War 2", a sequel to his blockbuster "War". In the upcoming movie, the actor will share screen space with Telugu superstar Jr. NTR while Kiara Advani will be playing one of the female leads. Ayan Mukerji is on board to direct this one of the most anticipated Pan-Indian films that is scheduled to release on Independence Day 2025 weekend.



Meanwhile, Hrithik's Fighter, which reunited him with director Siddharth Anand, is currently playing in theatres and doing well at the box office. The movie grossed over 200 crores worldwide in its first 4-day weekend.
