Makers Officially Confirm Postponement Of Varun Dhawan's 'Baby John' With A New Poster
Mumbai, April 24 - Recently, it was reported that the release date of Varun Dhawan's much-awaited action drama film Baby John would be postponed from May 31st as the shoot was still going on. Now, the makers have officially confirmed the development on the occasion of Varun Dhawan's birthday today.



On April 24, the makers unveiled a new poster featuring Varun Dhawan with no mention of the release date, confirming the postponement. As per the recent reports, the team is now eyeing to release the film in June/July this year.



Baby John is directed by Tamil director Kalees and produced by Atlee's A For Apple Studios in association with Cine1 Studios and Jio Studios. The movie stars Varun Dhawan in the title role alongside Keerthy Suresh and Wamiqa Gabbi in the female lead roles.



The movie is said to be the remake of Tamil movie Theri starring Thalapathy Vijay. In the movie, Baby John, a former police officer, fakes his death and goes into hiding to bring up his daughter in a safe environment, but trouble ensues when their life gets threatened by Baby John's past enemies and Baby John must face his past to protect his daughter.
