While discussing company culture in WWE, Rousey recounted an experience where she was waiting to speak with Triple H. According to Rousey, Gulak grabbed the string of her sweatpants in the presence of others who seemed unfazed by the act.



"Why are you grabbing the string of my sweatpants? If my husband was standing here next to me, would you feel comfortable walking up to me and grabbing the string of my sweatpants?" Rousey said, expressing her discomfort.



Rousey went on to state that Gulak's behavior, and the lack of reaction from those around her, disturbed her deeply. It led her to believe that such behavior was normalized within the company.



"That really put me on edge to where not only is this behavior prevalent, but it's so prevalent that people don't even realize it's a problem anymore," she stated.



Rousey then identified Gulak and revealed she confronted him about the incident. While Gulak reportedly apologized, the experience left a negative impression on Rousey regarding backstage culture in WWE.
