Salman Khan To Play A Cameo Role In Varun Dhawan's 'Baby John', Produced by Atlee
Mumbai, July 3 - Over the last few weeks, reports about the potential collaboration between Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and director Atlee have been all over media headlines. Touted to be a 2-hero project with Kamal Haasan as the parallel lead, will mark the first movie together for the trio if materializes.
The details about Salman Khan's cameo have been kept under wraps but it's said to be a mass action sequence that is specifically written and designed for him. Interestingly, Salman had also made a special appearance in Dhawan's Judwaa 2 which is the remake of Salman's Judwaa. The actor will shoot for his cameo later this month or early August.
Baby John is a first-of-its-kind action thriller for Varun Dhawan. Directed by Tamil filmmaker Kalees, it also features Keerthy Suresh (in her Bollywood debut) and Wamiqa Gabbi as the female lead. The movie is produced by Cine1 Studios, and A for Apple Productions in association with Jio Studios, and is scheduled to release on December 25 this year.
