Top 10 Bollywood Grossers Of 2024 At The Overseas Box Office

Mumbai, July 2 - As the first half of 2024 comes to an end, it has been a decent year for the Bollywood/Hindi film industry at the box office with a couple of hits. The film industry left with a big disappointment after the disastrous performance of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan and Maidaan, but there were a couple of unexpected hits which kept the box office running.

The highest-grossing Hindi film of the year so far is Hrithik Roshan's Fighter with over 350 crores in gross collection at the worldwide box office. It is also the highest Hindi grosser overseas with an estimated 104 crores ($12.45 million).

Fighter, despite not performing to the level of expectations, did well to rebound after the struggling first week when it dropped massively on the first Monday. The positive word of mouth, however, kept the movie going with a steady run to help it cross 200 crores net and 350 crores worldwide, thanks to a decent overseas performance.
