Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan who has been quarantined with his family at his house in Mumbai and following the guideline issued by the government to contain the spread of the coronavirus wrote an emotional note to remind his fans and followers that lockdown has made him aware of how those he is currently interacting with are the only important people in his life. ## The superstar took to twitter and share a heartfelt post with a caption of "Lockdown lessons". Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium is set to be used as a quarantine center in the weck of coronavirus pandemic. The Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai has directed the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) to hand over Wankhede Stadium, on Friday (May 15). ## A letter issued by the municipal corporation to MCA to sought “immediate handover” of the stadium. The letter issued by MCGM assistant commissioner of 'A' ward stated, “The premises will be used for emergency staff of A ward and quarantining people who have come in contact with COVID-19 patients and are not symptomatic.”## "If you fail to comply with the above directive, you will be liable for action under section 188 of the Indian Penal Code," The order further states. ## Mumbai is the hardest hit by the coronavirus with over 16,000 people have found positive and over 500 death have been confirmed so far. Marvel is hoping to begin filming of its upcoming biggie Black Panther 2 in March 2021. According to a post found on the Production List (via Reddit user smoove4254), the sequel of the Black Panther will start shooting in March 2021 in Australia. ## The original Black Panther was one the Marvel's biggest hits as it shattered the box office records and became the first comic book movie to nominated for the Best Picture. ## After the success of Black Panther, Marvel officially announced its sequel in San Diego 2019, and later it dated in May 2022 to release the film. Ryan Coogler is returning to direct the film and making this the first time when he will direct a sequel to one of his previous films. ## With the coronavirus threat still looming large, several Hollywood biggies were forced to shut down its production indefinitely. A few hours after Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Gulabo Sitabo announced to be released on Amazon Prime Video, the INOX theatres express its extreme displeasure and disappointment over the decision taken by the filmmakers. It officially released a statement expressing disappointment for skipping conventional theatrical release. ## The statement read, “INOX would like to express extreme displeasure and disappointment on an announcement made by a production house today, to release their movie directly on an OTT platform by skipping the theatrical window run. The decision of the production house to deviate from the globally prevalent content windowing practice is alarming and disconcerting".## “Cinemas and content creators have always been into mutually beneficial In these troubled times, it is disturbing to see one of the partners not interested in continuing the mutually beneficial relationship especially when the need of the hour is to stand shoulder to shoulder with each other and bring the film industry back to its vibrant best.”## They referred to these content producers as a fair-weathered friend, as opposed to all-weather life-long partners. In the uncertainty over theaters to be open, many films are approaching for the direct OTT platform. In this process, makers of the much-awaited Bollywood movie Gulabo Sitabo have announced on Thursday (May 14) that they have opted for the digital platform instead of the conventional theatrical release to release the film. ## Shoojit Sircar’s comedy-drama Gulabo Sitabo starring Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana will now premiere on Amazon Prime Video on June 12. “This is the dawn of a new era for Indian entertainment. And then it was finally scheduled to release on April 17 but the lockdown caused by a coronavirus pandemic has further postponed the film for an indefinite time.## It is the first time Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann Khurrana coming together in the film. ## The film apart from the direction is produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar under the production banner Rising Sun Films and Kino Works.
