On its first Wednesday, the film posted higher collection than its opening day, once again surpassing trade expectations both domestically and globally. ## The romantic drama starring debutants Ahaan Pandey and Aneet Padda collected approximately 25.50 crore gross (21.50 crore net) in India on Day 6. The overseas markets remained solid, adding another 6.75 crore, bringing in a total of 32.25 crores for the day worldwide. Remarkably, this marks a 10% jump over its Day 1 worldwide gross of 29.25 crore, highlighting the film's exceptional growing word-of-mouth and strong audience hold. Despite being a non-holiday release with fresh faces, Saiyaara has managed to defy trade projections with consistency across all regions. ## Saiyaara Crossed 200 Crore Worldwide in 6 Days ## The Yash Raj Films production has crossed the 200 crores gross mark at the worldwide box office in flat 6 days, becoming the fastest Indian film for a debutante and ranks among the fastest non-Pan India movies to do so. With this, the film's total domestic net collection stands at approximately 153 crores in just six days—a phenomenal achievement for a debutant-led movie. ## Despite being frontloaded in its opening days, Saiyaara has shown remarkable consistency and audience pull, setting the stage for an extraordinary first-week total. The film is now on course to surpass 170 crores net by the end of its first week, which would make it the biggest-ever opening week for a debutante-led Bollywood film. ## Saiyaara is expected to breach the 200 crore mark by its second Saturday. Mumbai, July 23 - There seems to be no stopping Saiyaara, which continues its historic run at the box office since its release on July 18. After a stellar opening weekend and an impressive hold on its first Monday, the Ahaan Pandey and Aneet Padda-starrer has taken another leap on Tuesday, posting even higher collections. ## According to early estimates, Saiyaara has collected in the range of 24–26 crore net on Day 5 (Tuesday), witnessing a 5%–10% jump from Monday. The romantic drama benefited significantly from the discounted ticket pricing offer, driving footfalls across urban and mass belts. ## With this jump, the film is now challenging the Tuesday collection of Vicky Kaushal’s blockbuster Chhaava, which earned 25.25 crore on its first Tuesday. It may even come close to Saiyaara's own Saturday figures (26 crore net), depending on where the actuals land. ## Importantly, average occupancy has remained strong at around 50%, which has been a rare case this year. As of the end of Tuesday, Saiyaara has amassed 132+ crore net domestically. With two more days left in the week, the film is expected to finish its first-week total with 160 crore or more — the highest-ever for a debutant-led Indian film. ## Advance bookings for Wednesday are also reportedly excellent, pointing toward another big day ahead. Mumbai, July 22 - Ahaan Pandey and Aneet Padda’s romantic drama Saiyaara continues its dream run at the box office. After delivering a historic opening weekend, the film held firm on its first Monday, scoring the joint biggest first Monday of the year with Vicky Kaushal's Chhaava, domestically. ## Directed by Mohit Suri, Saiyaara netted approximately 24 crore (28 crore gross) in India on Monday, bringing its 4-day India total to 107.25 crore net (approx. 128 crore gross). The movie also had an excellent day at the overseas box office, bringing 6 crores on Monday for a total international collection of around 23 crores. With an additional ₹26 crore coming from the overseas markets, Saiyaara has now amassed an impressive ₹161 crore gross worldwide in just four days. ## Saiyaara beats lifetime worldwide collection of Kesari: Chapter 2 and Sky Force ## After four days, the Yash Raj Films production has grossed approximately 151 crores, which is enough to top the lifetime worldwide grosses of Akshay Kumar's Sky Force and Kesari 2, which earned 150 crores and 145 crores, respectively. ## That makes Saiyaara not just a breakout debut for its newcomers but also one of the fastest Bollywood films to outpace the global lifetime collections of star-driven titles this year. The Monday hold was particularly noteworthy as it signals solid word-of-mouth. Despite being a non-franchise and a newcomer-led film, Saiyaara has already become the 6th biggest Bollywood grosser of the year. ## By today or tomorrow, the latest blockbuster will also outgross Salman Khan's Sikandar (185 crores) to become the 5th biggest grosser of the year.
