Coldplay Concert At Iconic Narendra Modi Stadium Sees Historic Result
Ahmedabad, January 27 - The British rock band, Coldplay has concluded its historic India tour at the Iconic Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The band, led by pianist and singer Chris Martin, had a historic couple of nights in the most populous city of the state which saw a record turnaround. ## Home Minister of Gujarat, Harsh Sanghav announced on social media platform X that two concerts of Coldplay in the city on January 25 and 26 welcomed a record-breaking 2.5+ lakh visitors, including 1.70 lakh+ visitors from outside Gujarat state. ## On Republic Day, the Coldplay concert was attended by 134K+ people which is said to be the largest attended concert in Asia in the 21st century. It is also said to be the third-highest-grossing show in Asia and the biggest Coldplay concert ever. Further, it was bigger than any concert by pop icons - Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Madonna and Michael Jackson.## Coldplay performed five shows in India as part of their Music of the Spheres World Tour.
