Mumbai, August 30, 2021: Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar's espionage thriller "Bell Bottom" released in theaters on August 19 across the world, becoming the first Bollywood biggie to get a theatrical release amid the covid-19 pandemic. ## Despite not earning as much as makers expected, this Ranjit Tewari directorial has managed to bring the audiences back to theaters. Bell Bottom has already become the highest grosser Bollywood movie amid the pandemic and it is doing decent business. The movie was released without Maharasthra - the biggest market for a Hindi film, and with just 50% occupancy in most of the other states. ## On the other hand, Akshay took to social media on Sunday and shared an update about his film. Mumbai, August 18, 2021: Ever since the trailer of Akshay Kumar starrer "Bell Bottom", has released, the transformation of Lara Dutta as Indira Gandhi has become a talking point among the fans on social media. ## In an interview with IANS, director Ranjit M. Tewari shared why Lara Dutta was selected for the role despite her facial features not being similar to those of the late former prime minister. The director revealed casting Lara as Indira Gandhi was Akshay's idea while her transformation could be possible because of the science of prosthetics. ## "This was one of the important casting decisions for my film. If we look at Lara in real life, she carries herself with a lot of dignity and has a very strong personality. Initially, the idea of casting Lara came from Akshay sir, so the credit goes to him. Then I was wondering how to make her look like Mrs. Gandhi. She does not look like her in any way", Tewari said. ## "I had two options: either we make Lara look exactly like Mrs. Gandhi, or create a similar look, keeping the essence of the 'Mrs. Gandhi look'. Mumbai, May 23, 2021: Actress Huma Qureshi plays an important role in director Zack Snyder's latest release, "Army of The Dead". Huma plays Geeta, a single mother in the American zombie heist film, which was released in select theaters in the United States on May 14, 2021, and started streaming digitally on Netflix from May 21. ## On Saturday (May 22), Huma posted a couple of funny pictures from the set of the film with co-star Richard Cetrone who is dressed in character as the Zombie King. In one of the pictures, Huma makes a mock gesture as if teaching the Zombie King how to scare people. ## "Me and the super talented @stunt_batman aka Zombie King seen in happier times ...
