Akshay Kumar To Headline Maddock Films and Jio Studios 'Sky Force', Release Date Locked
Mumbai, October 2 - On the occasion of the birth anniversary of former India prime minister Lal Bahadur Shastri and Mahatma Gandhi, Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has joined hands with producer Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films and Jio Studios for aerial action thriller film Sky Force.## Directed by Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Kapur, "Sky Force" is based on the true story of India's first and the deadliest air strike on Pakistan during the Indo-Pak war in 1965. The movie announcement video features the actual footage of the then PM Lal Bahadur Shastri and the voice-over of Muhammad Ayub Khan, president of Pakistan.## The movie will be produced by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande, and Amar Kaushik. The movie will mark the debut of Veer Pahariya, the son of renowned businessman Sanjay Pahariya.
