SS Rajamouli's 'RRR' Awarded Second Best Film of 2022 At HCA Midseason Awards

Hyderabad, July 2 - The Hollywood Critics Association has announced SS Rajamouli's "RRR" the second-best film of 2022. The movie was nominated in the Best Picture category along with 9 others by HCA at its midseason awards. Tollywood Film Industry Brings New Rule For The Upcoming Films

Hyderabad, July 1 - The Tollywood film industry producers have brought new rules for the upcoming movies starting from today (July 1). The industry has been a standout performer during the covid-19 pandemic, however, it reduced the gap between theatrical and OTT window, which has now been revised.## From July 1st onwards, all the top stars' movies will have to complete at least 8 weeks of the theatrical window before making them available while other movies will need a minimum of 6 weeks to run in theaters. This move will certainly help theater owners to maximize the potential of hit movies. ## The rule of the mandatory theatrical window for Telugu movies came after many top stars' movies opted for the OTT route only 4 weeks of theatrical release. Some of them even went for just a 3-week window, which includes Prabhas' "Radhe Shyam". Prabhas' 'Salaar' And Allu Arjun-Starrer 'Pushpa 2' Set For Further Delay

Hyderabad, June 28 - It looks like there will be further delay in the release of two of the most-awaited Pan India biggies from South India. Prabhas-fronted Salaar and Allu Arjun-starrer Puhspa - The Rule will most likely to release in second half of 2023, due to the delay in production. ## The Prashanth Neel directorial "Salaar" has been in production since last year. It was originally announced for the release in April 2021, however, the makers were forced to delay the release as the shoot of the movie is nowhere close to completion.## Director Prashanth Neel had recently said that the entire shoot of the film will be completed by this year-end only as only 30% of the entire filming is done yet. The film will now be released in the second half of the next year. Before the release of "Salaar", Prabhas might see two releases in the form of "Adipurush" and one more film which he will start shooting soon. Mumbai, June 10 - It has been more than five months since the release of Allu Arjun-fronted "Pushpa - The Rise", but the music and dialogues of the film are still trending on social media platforms. Many Indian filmmakers and actors have heaped praises on Allu Arjun's performance and Sukumar's writing and direction. ## Blockbuster Bollywood director, Rajkumar Hirani is the latest on the list of admirers of the film. The "PK" director reportedly personally messaged Sukumar, lauding his writing and direction of "Pushpa". A social media post has gone viral on Twitter which has Hirani's message for Sukumar.## In his personal message, Raju Hirani told Sukumar that he can't stop talking about this film since he has watched it a long time back. He said that the movie has been shot well and the performances and songs are powerful as he called it a great entertainer.## "Pushpa - The Rise", which is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Muttamsetty Media, depicts the rise of a coolie in the smuggling syndicate of red sandalwood, a rare wood that grows only in the Seshachalam Hills of Andhra Pradesh state. ## Allu Arjun has played the title role while Rashmika Mandanna essayed the female lead opposite AA.
