Poirier finds himself in a precarious situation as BSD attacks his neck, but he manages to maneuver and get BSD against the fence. Despite eating an elbow, Poirier gets back up, only to face another onslaught from BSD.##
In a bold move, Poirier strikes BSD with a body shot followed by a left hook, knocking BSD down. Though BSD quickly gets up and charges forward, Poirier lands a devastating right hook, ending the fight abruptly. BSD's exposed chin costs him dearly. ##
