Mumbai, October 10 - Over the last few days, director Nitesh Tiwari's upcoming epic Ramayana has been in the news regarding its casting. The media reports have confirmed that Ranbir Kapoor will play the role of Lord Ram while Sai Pallavi roped in to play Maa Sita and Yash to play Raavan.## Now, according to Pinkvilla, the makers are in talks with Sunny Deol to play the role of Lord Hanuman. The makers believe that Sunny is a perfect fit for this mighty role which stands for strength. Deol has effortlessly played the roles in the past where he had to show the strength of the character and Lord Hanuman is another opportunity for him to deliver the same.## The actor has shown interest in being a part of Nitesh Tiwari’s rendition of Ramayana and is also excited to play the part of Lord Hanuman. However, the talks are said to be in the initial stage currently and are moving in the right direction.## The report also reveals that the makers are also discussing a standalone movie about Bajrang Bali with Sunny Deol in the lead. The Ramayana is just a small part of Lord Hanuman's life, and there are many other facets to the story. Bengaluru, September 29 - Director Prashanth Neel and superstar Prabhas team up for the first time for the action drama "Salaar" which has been confirmed to be released in two parts. Produced by Hombale Films, the first part of the movie is titled "Salaar Part 1 - Ceasefire" and it has been announced to release on December 22, 2023, clashing with superstar Shah Rukh Khan and director Rajkumar Hirani's highly-awaited "Dunki". ## The second part of "Salaar" will most likely be released by the end of 2024, and most of the shoot for the same has reportedly been completed with the first part. Now, according to reports, after "Salaar 2", Prashanth Neel and Hombale Films will move to the third instalment of the mega-blockbuster "KGF" franchise, starring superstar Yash.## "KGF 3" was confirmed in the climax of "KGF: Chapter 2" and the makers separately also confirmed the development for the same. It is said that the shooting of "KGF 3" will commence in October 2024 and it will be a prequel to "KGF 2" and will mainly focus on the timeline between 1978 and 1981 as revealed in the climax of the second instalment.## The second instalment was released in 2022 and grossed over 1200 crores at the worldwide box office. The movie has been in the development for a long time but things aren't moving ahead as the complete cast is yet to be locked. ## Over the last couple of days, the rumours making noise that the movie has been put on hold for the time being. However, this news didn't take long to get dismissed as the latest reliable reports have confirmed that the movie is very much on and the makers even have locked the lead pair of Ram and Sita. ## According to Pinkvilla, Bollywood real-life couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have been locked to play Ram and Sita. Ranbir was already locked to played Lord Rama though the makers never made the official comment on the same. Bengaluru, April 14 - Hombale Films, the studio behind one of the biggest blockbusters of the Indian cinema KGF: Chapter 2, has given a major hint for the film's third installment and in which timeline it will be set up. ## Hombale Films released a video celebrating the first anniversary of the Yash-fronted monster blockbuster. The video shared on social media features some of the biggest goosebumps moments from KGF: Chapter 2. At once, the video looked like the highlight of the film, but suddenly it gets interesting with a hint of 3rd film. ## At one point in the video, after Govinde Gowda, a peon at 24/News, urged Vijayendra Ingalagi (Prakash Raj) to preach only about incidents that were written in the book, the scenes from Rocky's death to finishing his enemies started getting reversed. ## We also know the KGF: Chapter 2 has left a time gap of 4 years (during which Rocky did many crimes in different countries) which many assumed to be the core plot of KGF: Chapter 3. Going by the video and the way the scenes were reversed, it is clear that the 3rd Chapter will be the prequel to Chapter 2. ## At the end of the video, the tagline "That promise will be kept", but "Was the promise kept?" leaves so many hints and confirms that there was so much in the story to explore which will be shown in the next film. It also means Yash will return as Rocky Bhai along with other characters and new ones. ## The makers recently revealed that KGF: Chapter 3 could start in 2025 and be released in 2026.
