Maddock Films Announces 'Param Sundari' Starring Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor; Release Date Locked
Mumbai, December 24 - Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films has officially announced its next romantic comedy Param Sundari with Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor in the leading roles. The movie will be directed by Tushar Jalota of Dasvi fame. ## Set against the breathtaking backwaters of Kerala, Param Sundari is a cross-cultural romance tale of young love where North ka munda Param (Sidharth) meets South ki Sundari Sundari (Janhvi). It is in the line of Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's 2 States. ## The film "promises a heartfelt tale of love, where two worlds collide, and sparks are bound to fly. Set against the breathtaking backwaters of Kerala, this love story is a rollercoaster of laughter, chaos, and unexpected twists you won't see coming". ## Producer Dinesh Vijay told Variety, "The kind of music it has and Janhvi playing a South Indian is interesting, Sid’s playing a Northern Delhi boy and the conflict is very cool. It’s like maybe taking ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’ forward – there’s a high-tech idea in there.
