The Sequel To 'Sanam Teri Kasam' Is Officially Announced

Mumbai, September 10 - Actors Harshvardhan Rane and Mawra Hocane's 2016 romantic drama Sanam Teri Kasam might not have performed well at the box office, but it received acclaim for its music and performances back in the day that it is considered one of the best romance dramas in Bollywood. ## 8 years after Sanam Teri Kasam, the movie is getting a sequel with Harshvardhan Rane returning to reprise his role. The movie was officially announced on Tuesday (September 10) with Deepak Mukut of Soham Rockstar Entertainment producing it. ## While the makers haven't announced officially yet, it is said that the director duo of Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru will also be returning to helm Sanam Teri Kasam 2 which will go on floors soon. Mumbai, September 9 - Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor is doing the biggest film of his career in the form of director Nitesh Tiwari's epic Ramayana. The movie also stars superstar Yash along with Sai Pallavi, and Sunny Deol, among many others. ## It is known to everyone that Ranbir Kapoor is playing the role of Lord Ram, and now, according to the latest report by Peeping.com, the Brahmastra star will be donning a double role in the film. Apart from playing Lord Ram, Ranbir will also play Maharishi Parashuram. ## It is said that Ranbir's dual role aligns with the fact that both Ram and Parashuram are avatars of Lord Vishnu. Ahead of the trailer launch on September 10, the film's pre-sales are already nearing $1 million in NA. ## According to Venky Box Office, Devara has sold approximately 26K tickets worth $778K for the USA premiere. The total North American pre-sales are approximately $830K with 18 days still left for the premiere which is on September 26. The advance sales are expected to jump further after the trailer release.## Directed by Koratala Siva, Devara is anticipated to score the biggest premiere for an Indian movie in North America. Box Office: 'The Greatest of All Time' Second Day/First Friday Early Estimates

Chennai, September 6 - After the sensational opening day collection, Thalapathy Vijay's action thriller The Greatest of All Time sees a drop of around 35% on its second day which is a regular drop for a South Indian movie after the huge start. ## The concerning thing for the movie, however, is the heavy drop outside Tamil Nadu in states like Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, and Karnataka while the rest of the Indian market is also witnessing a drop. In the home state, Tamil Nadu, The GOAT has a good hold though with a drop of around 30%. ## According to early estimates, The GOAT is expected to score 21-23 crores gross collection in Tamil Nadu while the overall India gross is expected to be around 30 crores gross (25 crores net) in all versions on its second day/first Friday.
