Actress-politician Hema Malini has lauded Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday, for announcing a film city in Greater Noida of the state. ## Hema Malini, who is the BJP MP from Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, expressed that she wished the film city was located in Mathura, but is happy with its current location because it will generate employment in her constituency as well, owing to its proximity to Greater Noida.## "At the outset I congratulate CM Yogi ji for announcing a mammoth project of building a Film city in 1000 acres in Gtr Noida sector 21. I had expressed my desire of constructing this in Mathura but in his vision, he has adopted the idea & turned it into a bigger & high end project", Hema Malini tweeted.## "Being frm films, it was my dream & desire to make Mathura a vibrant place with a beautiful film city which would also make for plenty of job opportunities. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) gets a huge confession from Jaya Saha, the talent manager of Kwan, in the drug case linked to the actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death. Jaya Shah has made sensational claims to NCB that she ordered Cannabidiol (CBD) oil - contraband in India, for Shraddha Kapoor. ## Jaya Shah also admitted to arranged the same substance for Sushant, Rhea Chakraborty, film producer Madhu Mantena as well as for herself, according to Republic TV. ## The NCB also questioned Jaya Shah about her chat with actress Namrata Shirodkar, however, she confessed that she does not remember anything about her chats with Namrata and also denied any contact with a drug peddler who would supply the banned drugs to her. ## Jaya's chats with Rhea Chakraborty revealed that she advised the latter to put 4 drops of CBD oil in his (possibly Sushant) tea/coffee and give it 30-40 minutes to kick-in after he is done drinking.## ICYDK, CBD oil is a product that's derived from cannabis. It's a type of cannabinoid, which are the chemicals naturally found in marijuana plants. However, the actress has now clarified that her intention was not to defame anyone. ## Speaking to IANS, Payal Ghosh explained that she said only what, Anurag Kashyap told her when he tried to sexually harass her in 2014. ## "I have said what Anurag said to me, whether it was a good thing or bad. I have also shared the good stuff like when he said he is a big fan of Amitji (Amitabh Bachchan), and now he talks to him for work. This is a very big achievement, and it inspires me as well", Payal told IANS.## "He also told me that he is in constant touch with filmmaker Karan Johar. I have also shared the good things he told me about other people. It is not like I am sharing only the negative", she added.## Late last week, Payal claimed that Anurag tried to molest her in 2014. She said that in order to convince her, Anurag said that "all the actresses he has worked with are just a call away". Now she said that the filmmaker does not respect women and only pretends himself as a flagbearer of women empowerment. ## "He acts like a flagbearer of women empowerment, women liberation, and feminism. What kind of a person he is when he says such things about his actress friends after meeting me for just two days? Does he respect women like this?", she added. ## "I didn't take their names. Unke saath mera lena dena nahi hai (I have nothing to do with them). I don't even know them, why would I take their name? I shared what Anurag said to me as it is, to let people know what kind of a person he is. That is the whole point of me talking about it", she explained.## While talking about the actresses she named, Payal claims she didn't take their names to defame them as she doesn't even know them.## "It is a possibility that Anurag lied to me to convince me, or he might be saying the truth. I don't know. I am not even saying that, I am just mentioning what he said to me, not that they did it or didn't do it. Rhea Chakraborty's Judicial Custody Extended Till October 6 By Special Court; NCB Summons Deepika Padukone's Manager Karishma

Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty's and her brother Showik's judicial custody was on Tuesday extended till October 6 by a special Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985, court. ## Rhea Chakraborty was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on September 8 for her alleged involvement in a drug case linked to Sushant Singh Rajput's death on June 14 and were sent to 14-days judicial custody. ## According to news agency ANI, both Rhea and Showik moved bail applications in the Bombay High Court. Her lawyer Satish Manshinde said the matter will come up for hearing on Wednesday and the details of the application will be shared after the hearing.## On the other hand, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), in widening its probe into the drug's connection with Bollywood, has summoned Karishma Prakash, the manager of actor Deepika Padukone, and Dhruv Chitgopekar, CEO of the Kwan talent management agency for questioning.## The official of NCB said that they have been summoned as some WhatsApp chats showed they were allegedly involved in the drug case. Besides Karishma Prakash and Dhruv, the NCB has also summoned Sushant's former manager Shruti Modi and talent manager Jaya Saha for more questioning.## NCB will also be issuing summons to Bollywood actors Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor, Rakul Preet Singh, and fashion designer Simone Kambhatta this week for questioning in connection with its probe.## Stay tuned...

CM Yogi Adityanath To Meet Top Bollywood Names Regarding The Decision On Biggest Film City Of India

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will meet some of the top names in the Bollywood film industry today (September 22) to discuss plans on the proposed film city in the state. The meeting will be held in CM's residence, as per the Zee News report. ## To discuss further roadmap regarding the construction of the biggest and most beautiful film city of India, several actor, directors and producers will reach CM Yogi's residence today to take part in the meeting. ## This will be the first such meeting held after Yogi Adityanath's announcement of the making of Film City in Gautam Buddh Nagar of Noida. In all likelihood, the Uttar Pradesh cabinet will give approval to the construction of film city after the high-level meeting.## On Monday (September 21), CM Adityanath during a meeting reviewed development projects of the Meerut Division had instructed officials to search for suitable land in or around Noida, Greater Noida or Yamuna Expressway and prepared an action plan. The UP government has sought land proposal for film city from three different authorities.## According to Zee News, The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has sent the proposal of the establishment of the film city to the state government on Sunday (September 20, 2020) while the Noida Authority also sent proposal for 500 acres of land to the government for Film City construction. ## There is a plan to establish the film city in Sector-21 of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development's area, for which, around 1000 acre land has been made available and 780 acres of Industrial area has been proposed, reported Zee News.## Stay tuned...

According to a source quoted in Mumbai Mirror, Atlee had been working on the story with the superstar for almost two years now and they have finally zeroed down on a script. ## While Shah Rukh Khan's next film with Atlee has been almost locked, to increase the excitement level up, the superstar will reportadly play a double role as an investigating officer and a most-wanted criminal in the film in which, he will be romancing with Deepika Padukone. ## The source also adds that this is something Atlee likes to explore in many of his films, including the South-Indian films, Bigil, Theri and Mersal, and is set to try it out with SRK here too! Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has reportedly been roped in by Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment to lead a woman-centric comedy drama movie. As per the industry insiders, Alia Bhatt has signed the movie which has tentatively been titled as Darlings. ## The project is said to be a dark comedy that revolves around a South Mumbai mother-daughter duo who kidnaps the later's, abusive husband. Alia is playing the role of the daughter while the mother's role is yet to be locked. Gully Boy fame Vijay Varma who later impressed in movies like Baaghi 3, She, and Bamfaad has been booked to play Alia's husband in Darlings. ## Darlings will be Alia Bhatt's second film with Red Chillies Entertainment after Gauri Shinde's 2016 coming-of-age dramedy Dear Zindagi that also featured Shah Rukh in an extended cameo role of a free-spirited psychologist. ## The movie is supposed to go on floors at the end of the first quarter of 2021. Alia Bhatt will start shooting on the movie after completing her current commitments that include the remaining shoots of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Gangubai Kathiawadi, Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra, and SS Rajamouli's multi-lingual period drama, RRR. ## Jasmeet Reen will make her directorial debut with it. Then I asked her to send across rushes from the film and I saw that 80% of my scenes were chopped off and the scenes that I was narrated were not there".## "I spoke to Kangana again and she confessed as a friend that she wanted this to be shot in a certain way. So I told her that she is a great friend of mine but I’m not comfortable in shooting what she is asking me to do, I said an okay to the previous script and director but I would like to walk out of this project and I won’t even speak about it.
