The former girlfriend of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, actress Ankita Lokhande has lashed out at actress Rhea Chakraborty by saying would anyone, who claims to have loved someone so deeply, allow the other person to consume drugs claiming to know his mental state and condition?## Ankita took to Instagram and posted a long note in a bid to reply to all the haters. In her post, the actress clarifies that she had never said that Sushant's death is a murder or anyone is responsible for it but she wants the truth to come out. ## "I have never said it's a murder or anyone in particular is responsible. The Indian Motion Picture Producers' Association (IMPPA) has come out in support of the Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut and has condemned the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for its demolition drive at the office building of the actress. ## In a statement issued to the media on Thursday (September 10), the IMPPA president TP Aggarwal said, "All these things are neither good for the government nor good for Kangana Ranaut. The action taken by the Maharashtra government or BMC is absolutely wrong and should be condemned".## "Although the court has stayed the demolition, BMC has already done what they had to do. At least they should have given time before demolition. You ask her what is wrong construction and if she had given the answer, they would have broken it if it was wrong. It never happens that you demolish a property on such short notice of one day", he added. ## However, Aggarwal was critical of certain comments Kangana made on Bollywood after the sad demise of actor Sushant Singh Rajput even though she has been a respected actress and has the right to speak freely. I believe that nepotism is everywhere. There is not much of nepotism in the film industry. If nepotism had been prevalent in the society then Kangana would not have been such a big star. If so many people take drugs in this industry, then the drug mafia in Mumbai should have their share in the film industry".## "As far as I believe there will be 5-7 percent of people who take drugs and they are in every field. Rhea Chakraborty Arrested By NCB After 19 Hours Of Questioning

Actress and girlfriend of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, Rhea Chakraborty has been arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Tuesday in the drugs case linked to the death of the actor Sushant. The actress was questioned by NCB for almost 19 hours over 3 days. ## The prime accused in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case will be taken for a medical test next at 4 PM as part of the formalities. During the questioning hours, Rhea admitted that she was consuming not just marijuana, but also other banned drugs, as per sources. ## The actor had earlier admitted 'procuring drugs' along with her brother Showik, who has been arrested by NCB. This is another major disclosure made by her, apart from reportedly taking the names of Bollywood stars who were also consuming drugs. ## Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer, Satish Maneshinde said in a statement, "Travesty of Justice. Three central agencies hounding a single Woman just because she was in love with a drug addict and was suffering from mental health issues for several years under the care of five Leading Psychiatrists in Mumbai, who ended up committing suicide due to the consumption of illegally administered medicines and used drugs".## On Monday, as per Republic TV, Rhea in her interrogation revealed that whenever she called Sushant's house help Dipesh Sawant and asked for drugs, it was not for her but for Sushant Singh Rajput and his friends. Rhea also revealed that through his brother Showik, she had met the alleged drug peddler Basit Parihar, who is currently in NCB's custody, on five occasions and that he used to visit their house. ## Rhea Chakraborty arrested under Section 8(c), 20(b), 27(a), 28, and 29 of the NDPS Act. Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty has filed a police complaint against Sushant's sister Priyanka Singh, before the Mumbai police on Monday, September 7. ## Rhea cited that "Sushant passed away five days after he obtained a prescription wherein he was unlawfully prescribed psychotropic substances at the behest of his sister Priyanka", in a six-page long complaint as reported by TOI. ## Apart from Sushant's sister, Priyanka Singh, Rhea urged in her complaint that an FIR should also be registered against Dr. Tarun Kumar, under the provision of the IPC 1860, the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs Act, 1985, and Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. ## "Rhea Chakraborty has filed a Police Complaint before the Mumbai Police against Priyanka Singh, Dr. Tarun Kumar of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, and Others for offenses of Forgery, NDPS Act, and Tele Medicine Practice Guidelines 2020 for having sent a bogus Medical Prescription depicting SSR as an Out-Patient Department person when he was in Mumbai on 8th June 2020 prescribing Schedule Drugs which are listed in Schedule of NDPS Act listed at items 36 and 37 as Psychotropic Substances and Tele Medicines Practice Guidelines 3.7.4 dealing with Prohibited List, which prohibits prescribing of any Narcotic or Psychotropic Substance listed in the NDPS Act. It is misconduct under 3.7.1.4 of the Tele Medicine Practice Guidelines", said Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer Satish Maneshinde in a statement. ## Rhea Chakraborty is currently being probed by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a drug case linked to Sushant's death.
