Filmmaker Karan Johar To Be Questioned By Mumbai Police In Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case

In the latest development under the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, Mumbai Police have asked Dharma Productions owner Karan Johar to record his statement before Mumbai Police this week. Mumbai Police will also record Dharma Production CEO Apoorva Mehta's statement on Tuesday in the Sushant's case.## Earlier in the day, director Mahesh Bhatt recorded his statement. Mr. Bhatt reached the Santacruz police station at 11:30 AM and recorded his statements before Deputy Commissioner of Police Abhishek Trimukhe.## Apart from Mahesh Bhatt, Karan Johar's manager and actor Kangana Ranaut have been asked to join investigations into the case, Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh said on Sunday. ## Kangana Ranaut who has been very vocal in this case and even alleged that Sushant Singh Rajput was a victim of nepotism in the film industry, has also been summoned by the Bandra police, which is investigating the case. Oscar-winning music composer and singer AR Rahman who has been receiving a lot of appreciation for the music he gave in Dil Bechara revealed that he is not getting enough work in the Bollywood because of a gang working against him and spreading rumors about him. ## In an interview with Radio Mirchi, AR Rahman who composed 9 songs of Sushant Singh Rajput's last film Dil Bechara was asked why he doesn't compose more music for Bollywood movies to which he said that "See, I don't say no to good movies, but I think there is a gang, which, due to misunderstandings, is spreading some false rumors about him".## During the interview, he also revealed that Mukesh Chhabra who directed Dil Bechara was told many false stories about him and advised not to approach him for composing music for his debut directorial. ## "When Mukesh Chhabra came to me, I gave him four songs in two days. He said, Sir, how many people said don't go, don't go (to him). They told me stories after stories. I heard that, and I said, Yeah okay, now I understand why I am doing less work and why the good movies are not coming to me.
