Alia Bhatt's 'Gangubai Kathiwadi' Clocks 20+ Million Viewing Hours As 'Radhe Shyam' And 'Thar' Debut In Top 10 On Netflix
Mumbai, May 11 - Alia Bhatt's box office hit, "Gangubai Kathiawadi" remained the most-watched Indian movie on Netflix for the second week in a row, becoming a big hit on the streamer. ## The biographical drama film, after debuting at number 1 worldwide with 13.8 million viewing hours on Netflix in the first week, continued to be in the top 3 in the second week as well with 8.3 million viewing hours. The movie has now clocked a whopping 22.1 million viewing hours in just 13 days (April 26 - May 8). ## Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, "Gangubai Kathiawadi" was released in theaters on February 25 and became a box office hit by grossing approx. 190 crores worldwide. It completed 8 weeks in theaters before it was made available on Netflix on April 26. It is currently trending in the top 10 in 20 countries.## Meanwhile, Prabhas-fronted "Radhe Shyam" Hindi version has debuted in the top 10 on Netflix with 3.6 million viewing hours in 6 days. The Hindi version of the film was made available on Netflix on May 3 after it completed its theatrical run and was the 7th most-watched non-English film worldwide from May 2 to May 8.## Another Indian movie that found a place in Netflix's top 10 list is Anil Kapoor, Harshvardhan Kapoor, and Fatima Sana Shaikh's neo-Western action thriller film, "Thar".
