Priyanka Chopra To Narrate HBO Max's Calm App Series, Will Join Top International Stars

India's international star, Priyanka Chopra-Jonas is among the top international stars lending their voices to an HBO Max series "A World of Calm" based on the popular meditation app Calm.## Priyanka Chopra will join the likes of Kate Winslet, Mahershala Ali, Idris Elba, Oscar Isaac and Nicole Kidman in narrating episodes, which build on the "Sleep Stories" in the Calm app. ## The A-list lineup of narrators for the 10-episode show also includes Zoë Kravitz, Lucy Liu, Cillian Murphy and Keanu Reeves. ## The show, "A World of Calm", will be premiered on 1 October on the Warner Media streaming platform. Alia Bhatt To Lead A Dark Comedy Produced By Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment!

Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt has reportedly been roped in by Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment to lead a woman-centric comedy drama movie. As per the industry insiders, Alia Bhatt has signed the movie which has tentatively been titled as Darlings. ## The project is said to be a dark comedy that revolves around a South Mumbai mother-daughter duo who kidnaps the later's, abusive husband. Alia is playing the role of the daughter while the mother's role is yet to be locked. Gully Boy fame Vijay Varma who later impressed in movies like Baaghi 3, She, and Bamfaad has been booked to play Alia's husband in Darlings. ## Darlings will be Alia Bhatt's second film with Red Chillies Entertainment after Gauri Shinde's 2016 coming-of-age dramedy Dear Zindagi that also featured Shah Rukh in an extended cameo role of a free-spirited psychologist. ## The movie is supposed to go on floors at the end of the first quarter of 2021. Alia Bhatt will start shooting on the movie after completing her current commitments that include the remaining shoots of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Gangubai Kathiawadi, Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra, and SS Rajamouli's multi-lingual period drama, RRR. ## Jasmeet Reen will make her directorial debut with it. Under the shocking turns of events, actress Payal Ghosh who made her Bollywood debut with Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi in 2017, had alleged yesterday (September 19) that the filmmaker Anurag Kashyap had forced himself on her and sexually harassed her. ## "Five years ago I met Anurag Kashyap regarding work. He called me to his house. When I went there, he took me to a separate room and tried to sexually assault me. He forced himself on me", Payal Ghosh had said to ABN Telugu. ## However, Anurag Kashyap has denied the sexual assault allegation leveled against him by the actress and called her claims 'baseless'.
