Dulquer Salmaan's 'Salute' To Hit Screens On Sankranthi 2022

Kochi, December 21 - Malayalam star Dulquer Salmaan is on a roll with back-to-back films. The actor is coming fresh after delivering the biggest blockbuster of his career in the form of "Kurup". He is now gearing up for his next, "Salute", which is a Malayalam cop-action thriller.

Directed by Rosshan Andrrews, "Salute" has been announced to release on January 14, 2022, in theaters worldwide. It stars Dulquer Salmaan as S.I. Aravind Karunakaran and Diana Penty as the female lead in her Malayalam debut. "Salute" is produced by Salmaan's Wayfarer Films.

Dulquer took to Twitter and announced the release date of the film. "Aravind Karunakaran is on a mission!! Salute…releasing in theaters worldwide on January 14, 2022", he wrote in the caption.

Earlier in the day, the makers finalized the release date of Salmaan's Tamil romantic comedy movie "Hey Sinamika", which also stars Kajal Aggarwal and Aditi Rao Hydari as the female leads. Directed by Brinda, the movie will be released on 25 February 2022 in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam languages.
