John Cena-Fronted 'Peacemaker' Becomes DCEU's Best Reviewed Movie Or TV Series
Mumbai, February 18 - Warner Bros.' latest TV series, "Peacemaker", starring John Cena, has been the talk of the town ever since it debuted on HBO Max in January 2022. Created by James Gunn, the series is based on the DC Comics character Peacemaker, and it is also the first tv series in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU).
The spin-off from the 2021 film "The Suicide Squad", "Peacemaker" has been such a big hit that Warner Bros. has renewed it for the second season. According to the American review aggregation website for film and television, Rotten Tomatoes, "Peacemaker", has become DCEU's best-rated movie or TV series with a score of 95%.
On Rotten Tomatoes, the comedy series beats Gal Gadot-fronted 2017's original "Wonder Woman" movie, which is rated with a 93% Tomatometer score. The DC Extended Universe (DCEU) came into existence in 2013 at the replacement of DC Comics movies. The first in this new constellation of comic book cinema was 2013's "Man of Steel", which is currently the 9th best rated DCEU title with a score of 56%.
