The Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh is the chief executive of the Indian state of Chhattisgarh which is appointed by a state’s governor. The chief minister is the leader of the state Legislative assembly.They would be the chief adviser to the nominal head of their respected state. All new principal announcements of policy are made by him on the floor of the house. The Chief Minister supervises and coÂordinates the policies of the several Ministers involved in the formulation and implementation of a policy and department. For the removal of ministers, the governor is dependent on the chief minister because the governor can’t remove/dismiss ministers at his will. The Chief Minister has a free hand in preparing the list of his colleagues and also he may ask anyone of his colleagues to resign.
