The chief minister is the leader of the state Legislative assembly. They would be the chief adviser to the nominal head of their respected state. All new principal announcements of policy are made by him on the floor of the house. The Chief Minister supervises and coÂordinates the policies of the several Ministers involved in the formulation and implementation of a policy and department.
