Theatrical Runtime of 'Baahubali - The Epic' Revealed
The announcement was recently made officially on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Baahubali - The Beginning. There have been talks about the film's theatrical runtime, as it was reportedly listed with over 5 hours of runtime on the ticketing platform Book My Show, but now, the time has been removed.
The fans were still confused about what the final runtime could be. However, the makers clarified that it will not be 5 hours long. According to the latest post by Aakashavanni, Baahubali - The Epic will be around 3 hours and 50 minutes long, making it the longest single Indian film.
This runtime of nearly 4 hours is expected, given the fact that the combined runtime of the original movies is 316 minutes or 5 hours and 16 minutes (158 minutes each for both). The final runtime might vary depending on the editing, but it is expected to be around 4 hours.
Produced by Arka Media Works, the film stars Prabhas in the title role alongside Rana Daggubati, Anushka, Tamannaah Bhatia, Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, and Nassar in prominent roles. It is scheduled to be released on October 31 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam.
