Vijay Deverakonda Reunites With Puri Jagannadh For Another Pan-India Film 'JGM'

Mumbai, March 29 - Tollywood heartthrob, Vijay Deverakonda will be reuniting with dynamic director Puri Jagannadh after their upcoming Pan-India sports action drama film, "Liger", which marks the debut of international Boxing icon Mike Tyson.

Puri Jagannadh has been working on his most ambitious project which will be made on a big scale with international standards. The movie has officially been announced in Mumbai on March 29 in a grand event with the official title "JGM" (Jana Gana Mana).

"Jana Gana Mana" will be produced by Charmme Kaur, Puri Jagannadh, and Vamshi Paidipally. The script is written by Puri Jagannadh and it is said to be the first of its kind film to provide an action extravaganza to audiences. The shooting will commence in April next year with the movie releasing on August 3, 2023, in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

Charmme Kaur took to Twitter and announced the movie with an official poster. The poster is attracting everyone's attention as it shows Army soldiers, along with missiles, fighter aircrafts. Deverakonda is playing an Army officer in the film.

"And then they chose - All out WAR! A passion project of gigantic scale, content & execution! The 2nd Pan-Indian collaboration of the Deadly Combo Puri Jagannadh & @TheDeverakonda", Kaur wrote in the caption.

Meanwhile, Vijay Deverakonda's maiden collaboration with Puri Jagannadh, "Liger", will be released on August 25, 2022, in multiple languages. It is co-produced by Dharma Productions with Puri Connects. Ananya Pandey is playing the female lead opposite Deverakonda in "Liger".
