Hyderabad, May 14 - Amid the rumours, the sequel to director Puri Jagannadh's 2019 action entertainer iSmart Shankar with Ram Pothineni has officially been announced on the evening of the actor's birthday. ## The sequel has been titled Double iSmart and it will Ram Pothineni returning as Shankar/Arun, but it is not sure whether the rest of the cast will also return. Hyderabad, August 11 - Telugu heartthrob Vijay Deverakonda's maiden Pan India film, Liger, is nearly two weeks away from its worldwide theatrical release. The sports action drama film is one of the most-anticipated films and the makers are leaving no stone unturned to keep the buzz high with non-stop promotion across the country. ## Directed by maverick Puri Jagannadh, Liger makers are looking super confident about the outcome of the film. The makers have already been able to fetch a handsome price for the film's worldwide theatrical rights. The overseas theatrical rights of Liger have been bought by Sarigama cinemas for 8 crores, as per reports. BA Raju, who was a senior film journalist, a publicist, and a producer in the Telugu film industry, died due to sudden fluctuations in diabetes and cardiac arrest on May 21st night in Hyderabad. ## Raju worked with top Telugu stars in his career spanning four decades.
