Confirmed: Nani Starrer Tuck Jagadish Goes For Direct-To-Digital Release On Amazon Prime Video On September 10
Hyderabad, August 27, 2021: Telugu actor Nani's upcoming actioner "Tuck Jagadish" succumbed to the direct-to-digital release. The movie, which was earlier announced for theatrical release, will now directly premiere on Amazon Prime Video on September 10, due to the covid-19 pandemic and restrictions on theaters in Andhra Pradesh. ## Tuck Jagadish is Nani's second back-to-back digital release. Earlier, his action thriller film, "V" also opted for OTT release last year on Prime Video. Directed by Shiva Nirvana, Tuck Jagadish also stars Ritu Varma, Aishwarya Rajesh, and Jagapathi Babu in prominent roles. It is produced by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi under the banner Shine Screens. ## Nani took to Twitter and announced the digital premiere of the movie with a teaser video - ## పండగ కి మన Family తో...మీ#TuckJagadish pic.twitter.com/sVVjSCsJlB— Nani (@NameisNani) August 27, 2021 ## Tuck Jagadish will release on the same date as Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi starrer "Love Story", which is gearing up for the theatrical release 10 September 2021, coinciding with Vinayaka Chavithi. It is one of the first big Telugu movies to release in theaters after the second covid-19 wave. ## Recently, Telangana Cinema Theaters Association had made harsh comments against Nani for taking the OTT route of Tuck Jagadish. However, the association later issued a statement seeking an apology to Nani as it was not his decision the opt for OTT. Earlier, Nani too wasn't keen for the OTT release of his movie, however, he understood the plight of producers as they were bearing losses for nearly two years. ## Stay tuned...
