Maddock Films' Untitled Love Story Starring Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon Gets A Theatrical Release Date
Mumbai, June 19 - Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon are teaming up for the first time for a romantic-comedy film, produced by Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films in association with Jio Studios. The yet-untitled movie has been co-written and directed by Amit Joshi & Aradhana Sah. ## Over the last few weeks, the rumors have been making rounds that the movie will opt for direct-to-digital release, but now, putting all the rumors to rest, the makers have confirmed the theatrical release of the film on December 7, 2023. It was earlier announced for the October release, but now, it will release in December worldwide. ## Produced by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande, and Laxman Utekar, the movie reportedly stars Shahid as a robotics guy while Kriti Sanon will be seen playing a robot. It's a quirky Indian take on the romance between a man and a machine, something that has been explored many times in Hollywood but is rare in Indian cinema.## The story of the film, which is billed as "an impossible love story" is reportedly set in a small town against the backdrop of an Indian cultural tradition.
