Chiranjeevi Collaborates With Director Mohan Raja For Lucifer Telugu Remake; Nayanthara To Play Female Lead
Hyderabad, June 28, 2021: Megastar Chiranjeevi is all set to be directed by Mohan Raja for the first time in the Telugu remake of the 2019 Malayalam film, Lucifer, starring superstar Mohanlal. While the original Lucifer was a political drama film, the Telugu remake is said to be gone through a lot of changes to appeal to the mass audience. ## Mohan Raja has said to be re-worked on the script and now the Telugu version will have new flashback episodes where Chiranjeevi will have a romantic story. The Telugu remake will reportadly have Nayanthara romancing the superstar in the film, for which, Nayan's role has been given a significant space unlike Manju Warrior;s in original film. ## It will be Chiranjeevi's 153th film of his career which will be jointly produced by Konidela Production Company and Super Good Films. Thaman S will be scoring music of the film, and he has already started working on it. Although he liked the original content, he wanted to make a lot of changes to make it mass-centric filled with love, emotion, and action in the right measure. ## Lucifer's Telugu remake is set to mark Nayanthara and Chiranjeevi's second romantic role as they earlier appeared together in Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. Nayanthara recently wrapped up her shoot for Annaatthe starring Rajinikanth. Nayanthara's next project is Ponniyin Selvan. ## Stay tuned...
