Hyderabad, April 22 - On April 21, the makers of the upcoming epic sci-fi film Kalki 2898 AD unveiled the first look glimpse of legendary Amitabh Bachchan's character where he is playing the role of the Ashwatthama, the immortal son of Guru Dronacharya from Mahabharata.## The glimpse of Big B's character revealed his de-age look of him which is a topic of discussion on social media. Hyderabad, April 18 - Telugu superstar Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2 - The Rule has already turned into a massive profitable venture even before its release as the makers are fetching unheard theatrical and non-theatrical deals for this action drama. ## Recently, it was revealed that the Hindi theatrical rights of the film have been sold at a huge 200 crores in advance to AA Films. The movie is now gearing up for its grand release across the globe in the next couple of months. ## Directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD has been scheduled to release on May 9, 2024, however, general elections are happening around this date in Telugu states, so the makers are planning to postpone the release for a couple of weeks. ## According to the latest Telugu media reports, Kalki 2898 AD will now be hitting theatres on May 30, Thursday in multiple languages and the official announcement regarding the same is around the corner. Blockbuster 'Hanuman' Final Worldwide Box Office Collection

Hyderabad, April 3 - Director Prasanth Varma's superhero movie Hanuman, starring Teja Sajja, has been one of the biggest highlights of 2024 as far as the Indian movies are concerned. Released amid less expectations during the Sankranthi festival weekend, the movie proved everyone wrong with its sensational performance. ## Hanuman hit the big screens on January 12, amid bigger titles in the form of Guntur Kaaram, Saindhav, and Naa Saami Ranga. However, thanks to superb word of mouth, the film outdid every other film to emerge as one of the all-time biggest Telugu blockbusters. ## Produced by Primeshow Entertainment, Hanuman grossed over 100 crores in its first week at the domestic box office, before showing a marvellous hold in the second week with a drop of just around 30% for a huge 70+ crores gross. The duo has been in talks for some time now and have agreed to collaborate for the first time for an action drama film that will be AA's immediate next after the highly-awaited Pushpa 2 - The Rule. ## According to a report by Pinkvilla, Atlee has started to lock in the rest of the cast, and in this process, the blockbuster filmmaker is in talks with Samantha Ruth Prabhu to play the female lead. Box Office: Tillu Square Outgrossed DJ Tillu's Lifetime Collection In 2 Days

Hyderabad, March 30 - Siddhu Jonnalagadda's romantic crime comedy film Tillu Square, a sequel to his blockbuster DJ Tillu (2022), took a sensational opening at the worldwide box office, grossing 70% of its predecessor's lifetime collection on the first day itself. ## The much-talked-about sequel opened to positive reports all over which led to the excellent collection at the box office. 'Salaar: Part 2 - Shouryanga Parvam' Shooting To Commence In April 2024

Hyderabad, March 4 - Superstar Prabhas-fronted Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire was a big success, grossing over 600 crores at the worldwide box office. The Prashanth Neel's directorial announced the film's sequel at the end of the first part and now, there is an exciting update on the same. ## The sequel of the film was titled Salaar: Part 2 - Shouryanga Parvam and the makers have been saying that it will go on floors soon. Hyderabad, March 2 - Director Prasanth Varma's superhero movie Hanuman has been in theatres for more than 50 days, a remarkable achievement for a film that was released with limited expectations. The movie's box office performance also made makers pause its digital release, something which is rare for a South Indian movie nowadays. ## Starring Teja Sajja, Hanuman was released on January 12 during the Sankranthi festival along with a couple of other movies on either date. Blockbuster 'Hanuman' Crosses 200 Crore India Net Collection

Hyderabad, February 26 - Director Prashanth Varma's blockbuster Hanuman has crossed 200 crores net collection at the domestic box office, becoming the first Telugu and second Indian film of 2024 to achieve the feat. ## Starring Teja Sajja, the superhero movie hit the milestone of 200 crores net in its 7th weekend and currently stands at around 200.30 crores net in all languages. The Telugu version of the film is leading by a huge margin over other languages with around 144 crores, followed by the Hindi version with 52 crores net. ## The Hindi version of the movie has yielded a big surprise at the box office as it is only the 11th South Indian film to mint 50 crores net or more in this particular language. The other languages, including Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil, have made around 4 crores net. ## Hanuman will almost finish nearly 300 crores gross at the worldwide box office.
