Mumbai, July 16 - Kalki 2898 AD has had the biggest third weekend at the Hindi box office, beating horror-comedy Munjya by a good margin. The Prabhas-starrer movie was easily the number-one choice over new releases (Sarfira and Indian 2) this past weekend for the Hindi audience.## Directed by Nag Ashwin, the sci-fi epic scored an estimated 21.70 crores net collection, beating Munjya which minted approximately 15.35 crores net, to score the biggest third weakened of the year in Hindi. Box Office: 'Kalki 2898 AD' Tops 250 Crore Net In Hindi After Very Good Third Weekend

Mumbai, July 15 - Director Nag Ashwin's Kalki 2898 AD is a one-horse race at the Hindi box office and is marching towards 300 crores net club after a very good third weekend despite the arrival of new releases in the form of Akshay Kumar's Sarfira and Kamal Haasan's Hindustani 2. ## The Prabhas-fronted sci-fi epic remained the first choice of Hindi moviegoers after it scored approximately 21.70 crores net collection, more than the combined opening weekend total of Sarfira and Hindustani 2's 15.80 crores net in the third weekend. ## The total Hindi collection of Kalki 2898 AD has crossed 250 crores net at approximately 255 crores after 18 days. The movie will beat SS Rajamouli's RRR (272.80 crores net approx.) in its 4th weekend to become the third highest-grossing South Indian movie in Hindi after Baahubali 2 (511 crores) and KGF: Chapter (435 crores). ## With new releases not performing to the level of expectations, Kalki 2898 AD is expected to continue to perform well for a couple of weeks and is on track to enter 300 crores net club. Mumbai, July 8 - Pan India superstar Prabhas once again proved his box office strength beyond the local Telugu market with his sci-fi epic Kalki 2898 AD which has become the highest-grossing film of 2024 in Hindi at the domestic box office. ## Directed by Nag Ashwin, the epic blockbuster has crossed Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone-fronted Fighter which minted approximately 212.80 crores net collection earlier this year. Box Office: 'Kalki 2898 AD' Second Sunday Early Estimates

Mumbai, July 7 - Prabhas-fronted Kalki 2898 AD clocks 49+ crores net collection in its second weekend in the dubbed Hindi version after big Sunday. The movie witnessed a drop of around 40% from the first Friday to Sunday weekend which is an excellent hold. ## The Nag Ashwin's directorial sci-fi epic crossed the 200 crores net mark after scoring an estimated 22-23 crores net (+22%) on its second Sunday (11th day) in Hindi, pushing the total to around 212 crores net. Subject to the official collection, it may or may not have crossed Fighter (212.80 crores net approx) to become the biggest Hindi grosser of the year. ## The excellent second-weekend hold signifies acceptance among the general movie lovers and this should help it to have long legs at the box office. The movie is performing equally well in multiplex and mass pockets which is another good sign for its longevity. The target for it will be to top RRR (272.80 crores net approx.) and with one more push, it might touch 300 crore net also in Hindi. ## In all versions, Kalki witnessed a jump of around +20% today for an estimated 48+ crore gross collection, pushing the total domestic gross to an estimated 603 crores (507 crores net) in just 11 days.
