Hyderabad, December 12 - Pushpa 2 has completed the first extended 8-day week with over 400 crores net at the Hindi box office, becoming the first ever film to achieve this feat in the first week. The movie once again has a fantastic hold to finish the week on high. ## According to the early estimates, Pushpa 2 minted in the range of 27-28+ crores net collection in Hindi on its second Thursday (8th day), dropping around 10% from Wednesday, a sensational hold. The total Hindi film collection is now around 425 crores net after 8 days. ## As said, Pushpa 2 will enter the 500 crores net club by the end of the second weekend itself to become the fastest to do so. Mumbai, December 11 - Allu Arjun's action drama Pushpa 2 - The Rule has completed its first week (7 days) with the record-breaking collection. The movie has performed exceptionally well throughout the week and has another solid hold on its first Wednesday in Hindi and other versions. ## The movie is having an insane hold in Hindi despite the record-shattering day-wise collection. On Wednesday, Pushpa 2 is witnessing a drop of just 15%-20% for an estimated 29-31 crores net, pushing total Hindi collection to around 397+ crores net in just 7 days. ## The extended opening week of the film is heading towards 420 crores net (+/-) and it looks like will break into the 500 crores club during the second weekend only in a record time and may become the biggest Hindi grosser by the third weekend which looks a serious possibility at this point. ## In Telugu states, Pushpa 2 continues to have a decent hold as it scored another 8-9 crores gross on Wednesday, followed by 4-5 crores gross in Karnataka, and around 3 crores gross in Tamil Nadu and Karela. Earlier, the film had the biggest non-holiday first Monday in Hindi with over 46 crores net and it is showing a drop of under 20% on Tuesday which is a fantastic hold. ## According to the early estimates, Pushpa 2 has scored in the range of 37-39 crores net collection on its first Tuesday/sixth day in Hindi, pushing the total Hindi net collection to over 370 crores in 6 days. With this, it has become the biggest first-week grosser in Hindi, beating Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan (351 crores net). ## The post-weekend collection of Pushpa 2 is unbelievable, especially after the heavily frontloaded weekend. Maharashtra and Gujarat are going berserk and bringing a major chunk of business in the Hindi version. The movie has a shot at crossing 400 crores net by tomorrow as the extended first week is headed for 420 crores net (+/-). ## Pushpa 2 also has a decent hold in Telugu states with estimated gross collection expected in the range of 10-11 crores, followed by another around 4 crores gross in Karnataka and around 3.50 crores gross in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. At the third edition of SCREEN Live in Mumbai, Sunny revealed he is part of the project and shared some insights into it.## The Gadar 2 star lauded and hyped the vision of the makers of Ramayana which he believes is going to be a great film. "Ramayana is a long project because they're trying to make it the way Avatar and Planet of the Apes movies were made. Mumbai, December 9 - Pushpa Raj annihilates the Hindi box office with an unimaginable collection. The movie had heavily frontloaded record opening weekend and was anticipated to see some drop on Monday, however, that isn't the case as the movie has a much better than expected hold with a record non-holiday Monday collection. ## Pushpa 2 - The Rule is witnessing a drop under 50% from the monstrous Sunday collection and just around 20% drop from the huge Friday which is truly remarkable as early estimates suggest a 45-47 crores net collection on its first Monday/fifth day, depending on how strong offline shows are.## Irrespective of where the final collection lands, 45 crores net seems to be locked for the first Monday which takes its total Hindi collection to around 330 crores net in just 5 days, making it the fastest to reach 300 crores net collection. The full first week is heading towards a record 400 crores net (+/-).## Apart from the out-of-the-park collection in Hindi, Pushpa 2 has a decent hold in Telugu states as estimates suggest 13-14 crores gross, followed by 4-5 crores gross in Karnataka and 4-5 crores gross in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
